Welcome to the Cottage , a gîte to rent in Aguts , ideal for your stays with family or friends in the Tarn . This 19th century residence , completely renovated, offers 130 m² of space to relax and recharge your batteries, with a breathtaking view of the Montagne Noire .
Description of the Cottage: an authentic and comfortable cottage
Spread over 3 levels , the Cottage is designed for your comfort:
Ground floor : A fully equipped kitchen , a shower room and a toilet.
Lower level : A dining room with a large table for10 people, a bright living room with 4 additional beds thanks to two sofa beds (140x190) and a 55' TCL TV . You also have access to a 35 m² terrace , equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, to enjoy an exceptional panorama.
First floor : Two spacious bedrooms of 19 m² and 16 m² , each equipped with a 160x200 bed , bedside tables and wardrobe.
Second floor : A third bedroom of 18 m² , also equipped with a 160x200 bed , bedside tables and wardrobe. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and toilet.

Fast Wi-Fi and an office space with a view of the countryside . (A screen, keyboard and mouse can be provided upon request.)
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets , for a hassle-free stay.
Linen provided : Sheets, towels and tea towels are included, but you can bring your own if you wish.
